Fapiaos at LTL Shanghai

At LTL Shanghai we can Fapiaos for local courses that are paid for in Chinese Yuan (CNY). However we must strictly follow government guidelines during the process.

A) To issue a Fapiao you must tell your student advisor in writing, via email, the exact name the Fapiao should be issued to (抬头). The smallest error will mean the Chinese Tax Authorities will not accept it. Once a Fapiao has been issued there is no way to return or change it. Therefore, we only issue Fapiaos once your student advisor receives the exact required information (抬头) via email, to avoid mistakes and rejection.

We will also need the exact Tax Number from you as well. Please provide both to ensure we can conclude this for you. Your Fapiao will be issued as a “Service “ (服务) or “Education Service” (教育服务费) Fapiao.

B) Chinese authorities require that all Fapiaos need to be issued in the same month that payment was received. So if you need a Fapiao, inform us of the company name (Chinese: 抬头, Táitóu) in plenty of time or as much as you can. If your payment was received after the 25th of a month, we can still issue the Fapiao the next month for you. Afterwards it will not be possible to issue a Fapiao for you anymore.

C) In China a Fapiao must be received in person.  You can pick your Fapiao up at our school reception. If you do not have the opportunity to come by the school to pick it up you can ask your teacher to take it with him/her when he/she is next at the school. However loosing one costs a lot of money and we cannot ask our teachers to assume responsibility in case they loose one while bringing it to you. If you ask someone else to bring a Fapiao to you you do so at your own risk and in case it gets lost no replacement will be provided. We will keep the Fapiao for two months after issuing it. Please make sure you get it in time.
