I arrived in Shanghai in the summer, I went directly to the apartment where my room was waiting for me.

The room was supposed to be small but it turned out to be quite big, it was really nice. It had all the amenities needed, such as air conditioner, desk and a comfortable bed. I studied Group classes, where we were just two students in class.

I really liked the teachers, I learned a lot and the fact that I could talk about other stuff aside from the learning material was really nice.

I remember my time at LTL as a happy time, I really enjoyed the social life and the overall atmosphere was really cool.

I spent some time in Beijing last year and this year I wanted to come to Shanghai, the LTL website contained a lot of information which was reassuring.

I arrived very late on a Sunday, got the airport pick up, and went to my shared apartment. I was surprised by the location, as I didn’t think the apartment would be so close to the school, and be so centrally located. Not only that, it was located the highest floor so we had access to the rooftop as well. I shared the apartment with four others, including Chinese people. Despite all of us having different schedules we managed to hang out together and make full use of the rooftop!

The small room, was enough for me. A small, clean room with a bed, desk, and air condition. A few issues came up here and there, but the landlord was responsive and it all got solved.

The small group classes at LTL were nice. The teachers were good, and focused on different aspects of learning Chinese. I enjoyed having different teachers, and different approaches to teaching.

When you are new to a place it can be difficult to meet people and try new things, like food. It was fun to attend the weekly dinners, and the weekend events organized by the school.

When I got to Shanghai, LTL drove me directly to my new room. It was a nice place with three-four other tenants. The room contained all I needed despite me booking a small room. We all got along very well in the apartment. The location we great, close to the school, and close to everything that Shanghai has to offer.

At LTL I did Small Group & Individual classes. Both were really nice. The teachers explain really well and everything is clear immediately.

You feel like you studied a lot. The teacher who taught us characters also helped us practice our speaking, which I really liked.

The other teacher also made us speak as much as possible. It is good because sometimes you are forced to speak in Chinese and that makes you really improve. It was a good experience. The events that I joined were also very fun.
